Grinding Applications
Low viscosity Chlorine free neat grinding fluid particularly suited to grinding operations where a thin oil with good wetting ability is required. This wetting phenomenon provides high washing performance ensuring clean grinding wheels. The main application for this product is for tool grinding and CBN grinding operations for both Ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL)
The MQL range is based on various viscosity neat oils which belong to the Quaker range of ecological products (natural-based and biodegradable esters). It can be applied by minimum lubrication equipment to a variety of metals and allows for a wide range of metalworking operations. These products are used neat and can be used in various ferrous and non-ferrous applications (aluminium and copper alloys).
